Welcome to the Cents Catalog 2004 introduction and help files.

    Cents Catalog 2004 is an easy to use, yet powerful inventory management program. It is not intended to replace your bookkeeping software, but rather help control your inventory. You can quickly build it's database using many common forms of text files of all your products and inventory items. You can build using comma delimited, tab delimited, and virtually any other form of text file. You can export most databases from nearly any database format into one of these text files. Cents Catalog 2004 will also allow you to import data from another database into it's database, and allow you to choose which fields you want, and were you want them. The program has many powerful search and sort features making it easy to locate and edit any number of your items. You can also enter your inventory/items into the database one at a time if you don't have access to them in a database or text file. You can also use it to catalog all items in any given folder on your hard drive, which is a great way to view and organize all your photos, music, text files and pictures. It can catalog virtually any file, in any folder or directory, quickly and easily.

    You can run the tutorial, and it will show you step by step how to build your database, edit it, and make web pages quickly and easily. This is recommended for new users. It will explain and show you detailed step by step instructions on how to use the features of Cents Catalog 2004.
