At this time, the ONLY databases the program will read from are MS Access, with the MDB or MDE extension at the end of the file, like: cents.mdb or cents.mde

You find the access database you want to import the data from, and follow the onscreen directions, which will allow you to choose where you wish the items placed from your database into the Cents Catalog 2004 database.

If you have your items/inventory in another database like Excel or FoxPro or most all others, they usually will allow you to export their database to a comma or tab delimited text file. I suggest that if you have many items in one of these other database programs, export your data from it to a comma delimited file, then use the text files option in Cents Catalog 2004 as described to place the items into Cents.
