This option will allow you to catalog all items in any folder or directory on your computer. If you have lets say folders with pictures, you could choose this option, when asked, select the folder where the pictures you want are located, and every picture in that folder and any folders below it will be automatically entered into Cents Catalog 2004.

You can do this same for nearly all type of files, from text files, to web pages and so on.
